The team at shcBOND will support your HR Team, Line Managers and Senior Leadership Team with the implementation of the EAI, ECI and the EDI.  The process is easy and can be implemented immediately. You may choose to start with one of our Employee Perception Measurement Instruments such as the Employee Attachment Inventory (EAI) for your new employees or run a pilot with one department using the Employee Connection Inventory (ECI), or measure your departing talent with our Employee Detachment Inventory (EDI).

We will support your HR Teams/Line Managers with the following:

• Access and training to the shcBOND platform
• HR Team and Line Manager Training on Attachment/Connection/Detachment
• HR Team and Line Manager support and Training on interpreting the results in the EAI/ECI and EDI Feedback Reports
• SLT and HR Trend Report training and data analysis
