OUR TEAM
Leading the shcBOND team is Selina Sork, CEO of shcBOND and Director of Sork HC Pty Ltd, a leading performance and behavioural expert specialising in employee perception, retention, individual, team and organisational performance.
Selina has led the team at shcBOND for over 15 years and is proud to have partnered with organisations across all industries to support them to better understand, measure and manage the emotional bonds of their people leading to enhanced retention and performance of talent to help them build a Culture of Excellence.
Selina is also accredited in Human Synergistics LSI1, LSI2 and GSI, MBTI and loves providing her Executive Leadership Development & Coaching skills using the LSI framework to support existing and emerging leaders.
Selina majored in Psychology and Economics at USYD and built her early career in public relations and corporate affairs as a media, events, communications, and relationship expert.
Selina worked for leading organisations including Inter-Continental Hotel & Resorts, Austar Communications, and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) before establishing her own leading corporate affairs consultancy. In 2009 Selina merged her communications, corporate affairs, and psychology expertise to form Sork HC together with Anthony Sork (Managing Director of Sork Human Capital), a recognised leader in employee perception measurement, culture transformation and leadership development.
Anthony is Director and Managing Director of Sork HC Pty Ltd. He is a world recognised thought leader in employee emotional bonding and employee perception measurement, Anthony has changed the way organisations understand and impact “Engagement” across their workforce.
Anthony has worked with organisations across all industries and sectors, supporting them to better understand, measure and manage the emotional bonds of their people across the employee life-cycle, leading to enhanced retention and performance of talent and the progression towards building a “Culture Of Excellence”.
Anthony’s award winning patented instrument, the Employee Attachment Inventory (EAI), together with the Employee Connection Inventory (ECI) and Employee Detachment Inventory (EDI) have supported thousands of managers to better understand and strengthen the emotional bonds of each of their people.

Ari is the IT Project Manager of shcBOND and leads the Development Team. He has been an integral part of the shcBOND team for over 8 years and was instrumental in the development of the shcBOND platform in 2015. He brings extensive experience previously working as a Project Manager for multinational companies including Airbus and L’Oréal. Ari manages the day to day-to-day operations of the shcBOND Development team and oversees the design and implementation of shcBOND platform including system enhancements, maintenance of the platform and client rollouts.
Ari has just completed his master’s degree in Innovation Information Systems in France and is fluent in five languages and is very much a global citizen having lived in Indonesia, France and Netherlands. Ari brings a depth of knowledge and understanding of IT systems, project management and data that drives continual innovation to the shcBOND platform to evolve and remain the world’s leader in providing employee perception measurements.
Danang is the shcBOND Developer and has been part of the team for over 8 years. He was instrumental in the creation of the shcBOND system in 2015. Danang is a full stack developer creating both the front end and back-end solutions of a system. His expertise is bringing concepts to reality. Danang is responsible for the back-end and front-end functionality, developing and implementing new enhancements, testing and maintenance of the shcBOND platform. Danang has been a key part of the continual development of the shcBOND platform to incorporate new technology and enhancements to continue to deliver unique and leading employee perception measurements across the globe.
